UAESA Rental Services – Ownership and Licensing Terms

All development software provided by UAESA is available exclusively under a five-year contract license. Ownership of the software remains the sole property of UAESA, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All domains will be registered in the client’s name; however, rental products and services remain the property of UAESA. Unless explicitly specified in writing or outlined in the applicable contract terms and conditions, all rented products and services are fully owned and insured by UAESA.
